How to push products to your store

Pushing sends products from Sync2Sys to your connected store with your prices. It is started in "Sales Channels", not in "Synchronization": "Synchronization" only loads price lists.

  1. "Sales Channels": in the store card, the sync button starts a full push.
  2. Inside the store you can choose a mode: full, stock and prices only, stock only, prices only, photos only, SEO only, creating new products only.
  3. Before the first push, check your markup ("Pricing Rules") and categories ("Categories"): products from unmapped categories are not sent.
  4. Check the products on your store site. What was skipped and why is shown in the channel push history.
TipThe system remembers what has already been pushed and skips products that did not change. A repeat push is faster than the first one.
