How to connect PrestaShop
PrestaShop connects with a webservice key from your store admin.
- In the PrestaShop admin: "Advanced Parameters" → "Webservice" → enable the webservice → "Add new webservice key". Give the key permissions for products, categories, stock, combinations and tax rule groups.
- In Sync2Sys: "Sales Channels" → "New channel" → PrestaShop, then enter the store address and the key.
- Press "Test connection", then save. You can choose the tax rule group in the channel settings.
If it does not workThe "No tax rules found" warning: the key has no tax_rule_groups permission. Add it in PrestaShop.
