How AI suggestions work
AI reads the names of supplier categories and picks matches from your set. It saves time on large price lists.
- Press "AI Suggest" on the "Categories" page.
- The system shows an estimate of how many tokens it will use. Confirm.
- Check the suggested matches, fix the wrong ones and apply.
- Nothing is applied without your confirmation.
TipYour AI token balance is shown on the "Dashboard". A pack of 10,000 tokens costs 5 €.
