What to do when you hit a limit
When you reach a plan limit, the add button turns grey and a yellow banner offers to upgrade your plan or buy an add-on.
- Suppliers: a second supplier is an add-on at +20 €/month, or the Control plan.
- Products: at 90 of 100 you see a warning, at 100 the import stops. Extra products come in SKU packs.
- Sales channels: a second store is +15 €/month, or the next plan.
- Users: you cannot buy an extra seat, you need the Control plan or higher.
If it does not workYou deleted the demo supplier but the limit did not free up: reload the page, the counter updates after a reload.
